TITLE/ESCROW COMPANIES

Many of the notes that we purchase were originally handled by title companies or escrow companies. In most of these cases, it is not the seller’s first option to carry the note, and more often than not the seller would like to receive the cash that is owed to him or her for selling that property.

The good news is that every time we purchase a note we require either an updated or new title policy as well as a closing agent to handle the transaction.
